About the Couple

Jaime and Brian met through friends in 2011 while living at opposite ends of the national mall in Washington, D.C.  Quickly realizing  their shared love of tacos, weird movies, and dogs, not even the national mall could keep them apart.  Brian was offered a job at a law firm in San Francisco, and so the two packed up and road tripped to sunny (no, foggy!) California with Jaime's dog Oreo.  They have shared many adventures in addition to the cross country road trip, such as traveling to Thailand, exploring national parks, and adopting another beloved dog Fig ('Figus').  At present, Jaime is a Social Studies teacher and Brian a patent attorney.  They notably have a healthy rivalry in the game Trivial Pursuit.  Jaime is the current champion.
